Olori is a multiple award-winning fashion export reformer and she has received an honorary award from the Africa Fashion Development and Empowerment Centre (AFDEC) for her contribution toward women empowerment in the Nigerian Fashion industry. She has been listed as one of the "Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in Nigeria" for her contribution to the entrepreneur ecosystem in Nigeria. She has also received international recognition for her work and participated in international fellowship programs such as the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), an initiative of the US Department of State. Olori Boye-Ajayi is the CEO of the Katie Wang Company.
