Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel, today performed the grand opening of Norfin Offshore Shipyard Ltd. Which also feature the launching of Fast Security Escort Vessel; OMV Norfin Swift , held at No 1 Norfin Offshore Shipyard Avenue, Ikot Ukpong Obio Esse, East West Road, Oruk Anam Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.
