  1. 1. To be eligible for nomination, a nominee must fall within either of the 3 definitions below:
    • A. An entrepreneur (of any nationality) residing and doing business in any of the African countries
    • B. An entrepreneur of African origin (notwithstanding their country of residence or business), or
      • C. A registered business operating in any of the African countries.

  2. 2. Only one nomination entry is sufficient for a nominee. Multiple entries for an individual or business may lead to disqualification.

  3. 3. The organisers (The Entrepreneur Africa 360 Ltd) reserves the right to determine how nominees and winners emerge, and shall bear no liability in this regard.
