The Entrepreneur Africa Awards, 2022, marked the 6th edition of the esteemed awards ceremony. With over 2,000 unique entries from entrepreneurs and businesses across Africa, the open nomination process was highly competitive. The awards ceremony featured 31 different categories and the shortlisted nominees were eventually put up for public voting.
The nominees and eventual winners were recognized and honored at the award dinner, which was attended by high ranking members of key industries and important personalities, including CEOs and leading career professionals. The event also featured beautiful performances by notable musicians and was hosted by Abimbola Abayomi, The 13th Nigerian Queen, and Comedian Mecoyo.
The CEO of The Entrepreneur Africa 360 Ltd, Mr. David Agu Esq., gave his welcome address and congratulatory words to everyone that was nominated, while sharing quick lessons.
For the first time, the awards ceremony featured a panel session, which was judiciously anchored by the delectable Abimbola Abayomi, 13th Nigerian Queen. The keynote speakers were Toyin Aralepo, Member Forbes Finance Council, and Odionye Confidence, President Beat Drone.
Notable winners included Preye Z Bob-Manuel (COO Sunville Developer Limited) for TEA Outstanding female of the year, Coach Spark Ogheneovie (MD/CEO, Coach Spark Consulting Int'l Ltd) for TEA Business Coach of the Year, Dr. Funke Kehinde (CEO Brilliant Concepts Realtor) for TEA Realtor of the year, and many more.
